Wow! What can I say? Fantastic experience from start to finish! My wife and I moved to Stuart from the Midwest, hoping that we would quickly find the perfect home. It actually took nearly 6 months, and Pat Stracuzzi never wavered for a moment. He seemed to never stop working and continued to diligently scour the market, and eventually, in the end, we found what we were looking for, and we couldn't be happier. The most memorable testament to Pat's commitment to professionalism occurred when we were pulled aside by a competing agent (during a showing) wanting to assure us that we were in great hands with Pat and that "he was a true advocate for each of his clients". From meeting with the inspector and HOA staff in our absence to recommendations for insurance and legal needs, she was always available and professional.
