After more than 35 years in real es tate, I’ve learned that timing the mar ket is not about guesswork it’s about recognizing opportunity. Based on long-standing market patterns and cur rent buyer activity, the prime window to list a home-mid-March through late April, is now. And this year, that win dow is proving to be especially powerful across the Palm Beaches and the Trea sure Coast.

This insight comes from both histori cal trends and what we are experiencing in real time. Buyer demand is peaking as families prepare for summer moves and relocation buyers from states like New York, New Jersey and California actively enter our market. At the same time, inventory remains limited, creat ing a strong advantage for sellers who position their homes correctly.

The energy in our office today reflects this shift. We are negotiating con tracts daily. Many of our current sellers came to us after previously being on the market with oth er agents and not selling. I believe we are entering what could be an explosive year for our local mar ket. Demand is strong, and homes that are priced and marketed effectively from day one are achieving successful results.
