After more than 35 years in real estate, I’ve learned that while markets shift, one thing never changes: the importance of trust, experience, and strategy when selling a home.

The Saum family, whom I first helped back in 2002 when I was selected the sale of their Beau Rivage sale and in the purchasing in Snug Harbor, once again placed their trust in me. This time, alongside my daughter and partner, Sarah Stracuzzi. Within days, their home was negotiated and is now under agreement.

At nearly the same time, the O’Toole family dear friends for more than 35 years selected who our purchased their home through me selected Sarah and me to represent them in the sale of their Summerfield home.
