Gratitude, leadership and a market that rewards experience

As we move into a more balanced and opportunity rich real estate market on Florida’s Treasure Coast, one truth stands above all others: experience, trust, and heart matter more than ever.

This year, I am deeply humbled and grateful to once again be recognized as the #1 real estate team on the Treasure Coast, leading the market in total sales volume and most importantly helping more families buy and sell homes than any other team in our region. That distinction is never taken lightly. It is earned through decades of relationships, hard work, and a commitment to serving people the right way.

Today’s market is evolving. The strongest strategic news for buyers and sellers alike is this:

The market is now:

• More negotiation driven
• More expertise driven
• More relationship driven
• More local knowledge driven

This is where professional guidance matters most. Whether navigating changing inventory levels, insurance considerations, pricing strategy, or lifestyle positioning, our role is to protect our clients, advocate for them, and deliver clarity in every transaction.

None of this would be possible without the extraordinary people who stand beside me every day. I am especially thankful for John Martucci and Carolyn Lovett, who have each served on The Pat Stracuzzi Team for more than 25 years, helping us lead through every market cycle. I am grateful for my longtime professional relationships with Mike Lowry, with whom I have worked in real estate for more than 35 years, and Nikki Santa-Eulalia, who has been working with me buying and selling real estate for over 16 years.

Behind every successful transaction is an exceptional support team. With heartfelt appreciation, I thank Lisa Gavin, our closing manager; Suzy Hofer, our director of first impressions; Christine Kreinbihl our marketing specialist; JoEllen Nash, world marketing director; Jim Allin, listing specialist; Kathy Allin, office care coordinator; Tony Stracuzzi, logistics coordinator; Cheryl Salvador, our weekend director of first impressions; and, of course, Daisy, our beloved people greeter.

Most importantly, thank you to our community our past clients, friends, neighbors, and referral partners. For more than 35 years, your trust has made our team No. 1 year after year. We are profoundly grateful for every referral and every opportunity to serve you with all our hearts.
